Grief and mour...Your post touched my heart, Susan. Grief and mourning are not something that can be neatly tucked away in a box. They are truly as unique as the individual going through the experience. There is no time limit, no matter how hard we wish it could be so. I have accepted that, and it sounds to me like you are on the same path. I keep reminding myself that one of the perks of grieving is that it also accompanied by some wonderful memories. I often think that perhaps it is best if I just embrace that and continue to try my best to process, despite the messages received from well meaning others. It takes strength.
